Navigating Retirement Plans through Mergers and Acquisitions is an online workshop will provide practical knowledge and up-to-date information on legal and tax compliance issues for employee benefit plans during the merger and acquisition process. Plan administrators and human resources professionals need to be prepared to meet all ERISA and IRS requirements for their benefit plans, including any updates from the SECURE 2.0 Act, ARPA, CAA and more. In this two-hour training, instructor Ilene H. Ferenczy, J.D., APA, CPC, will lead attendees through these critical issues, preparing them to face the challenges of navigating their benefit plans and assisting plan participants throughout a merger or acquisition.

- Purchase agreement considerations and post-closing transactions
