About National Employee Benefits Day

National Employee Benefits Day is celebrated on April 4, 2016. The traditional anniversary date is April 2, to coincide with the establishment of the International Foundation, but as April 2 falls on a Saturday, it is celebrated on the following Monday. The day recognizes trustees, administrators, benefits practitioners and professional advisors for their dedication to providing quality benefits and the important role they play in their colleagues' well-being.
