ONE-DAY SEMINARSPension Reform – Understanding Its Impact to Your Plan(s) This one-day seminar will provide the information needed to adhere to the new legislation and a fundamental knowledge base to allow trustees, plan sponsors and those who serve pension plans to develop a long-term strategy for their plans and plan participants. The program will cover important legislation, new funding modifications, what the reform legislation means to funds and what strategic decisions funds will need to make. Program speakers will walk attendees through the key features of the act and the major changes required. Afternoon workshops will allow for in-depth and specific discussion on how the act applies to specific plans.
