Brookfield, Wisconsin— Constantly escalating health care costs, coupled with the aging of the nearly 80 million baby boomers, continue to keep concerns about retiree health care in the spotlight. Retiree Health Care, a new survey published by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, offers a detailed look at the prevalence and design features of employer-sponsored retiree health plans.
