The audience of this networking forum includes 150 multi-employer and public sector trustees of health care funds, and members of school boards and negotiating committees as well as coalition representatives. The program is designed to provide relationship managers with an informal setting in which to share practical and known solutions as well as to discuss timely health care topics, and how featured products and services can help control health care costs. This event is not a formal exhibit hall requiring the erection of a display unit, manning of a booth, numerous staff, etc. It is limited to 12 service providers on a first-come, first-served basis.

The institutes have been considered the cornerstone of educational development for decades addressing the specific areas of interest to multiemployers, with tracks for both new and advanced trustees as well as special sessions for administrators.The intimate venue allows exhibitors to meet more than 400 multiemployer trustees, nearly 100 administrators and over 75 public employee representatives of approximately 100 apprenticeship, 400 pension and 400 welfare funds in a comfortable, relaxed setting with opportunities for repeat visits over several scheduled events, designed to ensure exhibitors greater visibility.
