Mechanical Specifications

• Please furnish: PDF/X-1a:2001 created using Acrobat Distiller, including all fonts and high-resolution (300 dpi or higher, CMYK or grayscale) images. Files may be mailed on CD-ROM, or e-mailed to dorothye@ifebp.org. All artwork must be provided electronically.
• Files can be uploaded to an FTP site; please contact Dorothy Ellis at dorothye@ifebp.org for more information.
• 150-line screen
• Enclose proof specifying publication date, and name and phone number of contact person.
• Provide a color proof (color progressive, match print, chromalin or contract-quality laser proof) for four-color insertions.
• Production charges for any unsatisfactory material, including any electronic rework or conversion processes, will be billed to the advertiser at cost.
• Electronic files consisting of spot color or RGB color space will be converted to CMYK color space.
