Two options are available for scheduling your testing appointment at Prometric Testing Center:
- Schedule online at www.prometric.com
- Under the "For Test Takers" header, select "Academic, Professional Licensure & Certification, Government and Corporate" as your area of study
- Choose "Certified Employee Benefit Specialist as testing program
- Click "Schedule, Reschedule, Cancel or Confirm an Exam"
- Select:
- Country: United States
- State: Select from drop down, this selection also includes Guam and Puerto Rico.
- Follow the prompts

- Call the Candidate Services Call Center (CSCC) at (800) 226-7955. Locate a Prometric Testing Center. All testing locations in the CEBS computer-based testing network are at Prometric Testing Centers in the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada; and are open as many as six days a week, eight to ten hours a day. To confirm, change or cancel your exam appointment, all you have to do is go online at www.prometric.com or call the Candidate Services Call Center (CSCC) at 1-800-226-7955. You will need to enter your appointment confirmation number (provided when the appointment is scheduled) at the prompts.
