  • Recent changes to health care reform and the GBA curriculum. Recent changes to health care reform, including the repeal of the employee voucher provision and the halting of the CLASS program, enacted after the courses' publication are listed here. The corresponding examinations also reflect these changes.
  • Personal Financial Planning curriculum to be revised in 2012.  PFP 1  and PFP 2 have been phased out of the curriculum.  Testing for both courses ended on December 31, 2011. The courses will be replaced by a new course entitled RPA 4 Personal Wealth Management which will be an elective in the RPA designation and the CEBS designation. Testing on RPA 4 will begin on April 15, 2012.   The RPA 4 study materials will be available in February.

    GBA Courses Recently Revised.  GBA 1 Group Health Plan Design, GBA 2 Group Benefits Management and GBA 3 Health Care Financing and Economics were revised for 4th Quarter 2011 testing.
