Current Session Schedule [PDF]
As the new workforce shrinks, there will be increased competition to attract and keep the skilled workers. Not only do plan sponsors and trustees need to ensure the security and viability of their current plans, but the stage must be set for sustaining these plans for the next generation of workers. This conference will provide both strategies for maintaining costs, but also identification of the tough issues that need to be tackled when designing health plans for the future.
