As the economic recovery progresses, trustees and JATC members of Training Funds face the challenge of making sure their industries’ workforce is positioned to compete for the highly skilled jobs of a new global economy. This means that training programs must have the tools and resources needed to prepare their workers for the next generation of jobs. The Trustees Institute for Jointly Managed Training and Education Funds addresses those current challenges and assists trustees and JATC members in re-evaluating their training program in light of the new economic reality.
