The AMP℠ program focuses on the enhancement of the skills and their application that are unique to employee benefit plan administration.
Who Should Attend
The Administrators Masters Program℠ is intended for administrators who have five or more years of professional experience in administration. The course is designed to stimulate and challenge administrators and administrative staff and representatives who provide services to multiemployer and public sector benefit plans.
Program Highlights
- Participants who complete the two-day core program will receive a certificate of completion, suitable for framing, and a special Administrators Masters Program℠ ribbon to wear on their badge for the duration of the conference and at subsequent conferences.
- Participants who have completed the two-day core program on Saturday and Sunday must attend three exclusive graduate candidate classes held on Monday at the Annual Employee Benefits Conference in order to earn their AMP℠ pin.
- Participants who attend these classes and earn their pin are considered graduates of the Administrators Masters Program℠.
- Each year at the Annual Employee Benefits Conference, graduates will have an opportunity to attend exclusive classes designed specifically for their advanced level of expertise.
