During intense, interactive learning sessions, you will examine every aspect of your plan’s objectives and organization, and learn how to select strategies and tools for achieving a high level of performance.

Who Is Eligible to Participate?
ATMS is designed for experienced trustees and others who have

Mastered the basic principles and practices of trusteeship and who wish to advance to the next level

Served three or more years as a trustee in a senior-level, policy-setting role. (This requirementis waived for public sector trustees.)
Additionally, consultants, administrators and other professionals working for boards of trustees also have benefited from participation in the ATMS program. Previous attendance at an educational program for new trustees such as any of the Foundations for Trustees courses is strongly recommended.
