Advanced Trustee Management Standards (ATMS®) Part III Pensions focuses on strengthening the board’s leadership role in managing the pension fund’s balance sheet, stressing strategies for dealing with crises in funding. ATMS is designed for experienced trustees and others who have mastered the basic principles and practices of trusteeship and who wish to advance to the next level.

Additionally, consultants, administrators and other professionals working for boards of trustees also have benefited from participation in the ATMS program.

Additional Course Notes

Prerequisite

  • The ATMS Certificate in Pension Fund Management must be completed before taking Part III Pensions and/or Part IV.

It is permissible to take Part IV before Part III.
