The CAPPP® program provides trustees and public sector policy makers with a solid knowledge base in the legal, legislative, plan design and fiduciary aspects of public sector benefit plans.
Earn a Certificate in Employee Pensions or a Certificate in Employee Health by attending four days of instruction. Each certificate is offered in two parts. You can take the two-day courses independently or consecutively. To earn a CAPPP® in either Employee Pensions or Employee Health, attendees are required to pass two take-home exams: one for Part I and one for Part II.
Faculty is drawn from practitioners in the public sector who are well-acquainted with the “real” issues being faced, allowing rich and current examples of actual situations. Class size is limited in order to foster a personal touch and comprehension.
Flexible enrollment options are available for CAPPP®. Part II can be taken before Part I.
