Ms. Krause is an account executive in the Minneapolis office of Hewitt Associates. In this capacity, she consults with clients to help them align human resources strategies with business strategies. Ms. Krause’s consulting work includes development of human resource, compensation and benefit strategies; design of various HR plans including retirement, health and welfare and flexible compensation plans; implementation of new or revised human resource programs including administration, communication and financing; work on employee engagement and transition management issues; and ongoing management and evaluation of human resource programs. Ms. Krause has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, including five years in benefits finance for a Fortune 200
manufacturing company prior to joining Hewitt. She has a B.S. degree in business administration from Valparaiso University and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Wisconsin. Ms. Krause is certified by William Bridges as a transition management consultant.
