Foundations of Trust Management Standards (FTMS)

Friday, November 16 - Sunday, November 18, 2012
Buena Vista Palace, Lake Buena Vista, FL

Trustees play a crucial role in addressing the health and retirement needs of plan members. New trustees, in particular, must quickly gain an understanding of the basic principles of trust fund management as well as an awareness of knowing where to go in order to make informed decisions. Now you have a solid starting point—the Foundations of Trust Management Standards (FTMS) program. Recently debuted, this 2½-day, assessment-based certificate is the first International Foundation program in Canada to offer trustees an opportunity to validate their learning.

A Certificate of Achievement will be awarded to those who attend 100% of the sessions and successfully complete the tes. The test is optional for FTMS and you can still earn a Certificate of Attendance if you attend 100% of the sessions.

General Session Topics

Registration Includes

  • FTMS Certificate of Achievement (for those who attend the full  2½ days of classroom instruction and successfully complete the optional test)
  • Three continental breakfasts and two lunches
