The International Foundation is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. The International Foundation's Conferences/Seminars/ are group-live courses. Most 2 1/2-day programs will total 14 to 19 (50-minute) hours when all time frames are attended.  In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, credit will be granted based on a 50-minute hour. Call (262) 786-6710 option 2 for information on the specific number of hours for the course you will attend.

Most programs are applicable to NASBA's Specialized Knowledge and Applications category of credit. The objective of Foundation-sponsored courses is to update CPAs regarding topical concerns in the employee benefits field. There is no prerequisite or advance preparation required.

Individual State Registration

Almost all states recognize sponsors listed on NASBA’s National Registry as qualified providers of CPE.

At this time Texas is the only state where the International Foundation is registered individually as a sponsor of CPE and has been approved by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a CPE sponsor. This registration does not constitute an endorsement by the Board as to the quality of our CPE program. The Foundation’s sponsor code is No. 000702 and should be referenced in reports to the Board.
