Frequently Asked Questions

Q. I registered online, but I haven't received any further information or instructions.  What should I do?

A. Confirmation emails with complete access instructions are sent out each business day, generally within 24 hours of your registration.  If this time has passed and you have not received anything from us, check your email filters to make sure our email has not been filtered, marked as “spam” or otherwise blocked.  Email filters are often very sensitive to unfamiliar addresses or domains, so please be sure to add “elearn@ifebp.org” to your “safe senders” list to prevent this from happening.  If you still haven’t received anything from us, call to make sure that we have your correct email address.

Q. What is the best browser for viewing your online courses?

A. For the best performance we highly recommend that you use Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher when taking any of our online courses.

Q. Once I start a module, can I leave it?

A. Yes. A cookie will be placed on your computer that will remember where you left off. When you return to the module it will automatically show the last page you viewed.

Q. Do I need to complete the modules in a specific order?

A. No, however, the modules are designed to flow sequentially and may be best understood taking them in the order presented.

Q. I'm having technical problems. What should I do?

A. First, try to determine the source of the problem. If the problem only happens with this site or with one page on this site there may be browser incompatibilities. We use cookies, session variables and JavaScript on our site; please make sure they are enabled in your browser. The site is also password protected which may cause a problem for some firewall settings. Please test these possibilities before contacting us. If you believe there is a problem with our pages or servers, please contact us using the feedback form.

Q. I have a question about the content of the course. Is there someone that can help me?

A. Yes, our program coordinator can answer your question or pass it on to a subject matter expert to get an answer for you. You may use the feedback form for this purpose.

Q How long will I have access to the course?

A. You will  have access to the course for 180 days from the date of registration.

Q. What if I wish to cancel my registration to the e-learning course?

Full refund is provided if cancellation is made by phone prior to accessing the e-learning course.  Cancellations must be made by emailing elearning@ifebp.org or calling 262-786-6710, option 3.

Cancellations after receiving course sign-on information must be made within 48 hours of the issuance of sign-on information for a full refund.  No refund will be provided after this time period.  Cancellations must be made by emailing elearning@ifebp.org or calling 262-786-6710, option 3.
