Circa Texas, Inc. has customized an activity program to complement the International Foundation schedule. All tours will originate from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Participants will be returned to the Convention Center at the conclusion of the tours. All prices include applicable transportation, admissions, gratuities and taxes unless otherwise noted.

Social Program Registration Policy
Registration deadline is October 31, 2008
Circa Texas, Inc., as the social activities operating company for the International Foundation’s 54th Annual Conference, will operate the social program registration at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center during the regular conference registration hours from Friday, November 14 through Wednesday, November 19, 2008.

Registration
Your tour tickets may be picked up at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center at the Social Program Registration Desk. Hours of operation are listed on page 6. Based upon availability, additional tickets may be purchased on site. Please note that all payments will not be processed until the registration due date.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by Friday, October 31, 2008 will receive a refund less a $5 per tour administrative fee. Cancellations received after Friday, October 31, 2008 will not receive a refund. Should a catastrophic event occur that adversely affects the overall conference, written notice must be received by Friday,November 7, 2008 for a refund subject to a $5 per tour administrative fee deduction. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and addressed to Circa Texas, Inc., P.O. Box 1361, San Antonio, TX 78295 or faxed to (210) 271-7528. Refunds will be made via check following the conference.
Transportation
All tours and evening events (unless noted as transportation not included) will begin at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and conclude at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Allow adequate transportation time to get to the Convention Center in time to make your tour. A shuttle bus schedule listing hours of operation will be included in the materials you receive on site.
Social Program Information
Tickets will be distributed at the Social Program Registration Desk at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center for all guests who have preregistered. Early registration is recommended in order to guarantee your space for an activity. Tours will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. If a tour is canceled due to lack of minimum attendance, the registrant will be notified by Circa Texas, Inc. after the registration deadline of Friday, October 31, 2008 and the registration fee refunded in full, unless an alternate choice is selected by registrant. Social program descriptions are based solely on the information provided by Circa Texas, Inc. All prices are inclusive of taxes, gratuities and entry fees as stated.
Conditions and Responsibilities
IFEBP Services, LLC (herein referred to as International Foundation) and Circa Texas, Inc., in arranging route packages herein, do so as independent contractors or the owners of contractors providing their services and facilities. By acceptance of any package or other services rendered in connection herewith, the association, corporation, agent, coordinator, wholesaler, ground operator, or individual accepts the terms hereof and agrees that the International Foundation and Circa Texas, Inc., as independent contractors, shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injuries caused by strikes, acts of God, war, fire, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, or from any act or omission of any individual or corporations furnishing transportation, sightseeing, food items, or any other product(s) or service(s) in connection therewith, nor for any additional costs or expenses due to disruption for advertised schedules, rates or services or any other cause.
