Official Conference Hotels

Shuttle Bus Service
- Hours of Operation—Complimentary shuttle bus service will be provided to all conference registrants, exhibitors and guests from 12:00 noon Friday, November 9, through 12:00 noon Wednesday, November 14.
- Locations Served—Shuttle service will be provided between the San Diego Convention Center and official conference hotels listed at www.ifebp.org/achotels. Shuttle service will not be provided to the following hotels since they are within walking distance of the Convention Center: Hilton Bayfront, Omni Hotel, Hilton Gaslamp and Hard Rock Hotel. If you are not staying at an official hotel, you may go to the nearest official conference hotel for shuttle service. A schedule showing specific route assignments and hours of service is provided with on-site registration materials and available online closer to the conference date.

During the Conference
A shuttle bus information desk will be staffed during shuttle operation hours at the Convention Center. If you have special transportation needs, or have any questions regarding the shuttle system, please call the shuttle information desk. The phone number for use during conference hours will be provided closer to the conference.
Special Accommodations
The San Diego Convention Center is a large, modern center with meeting rooms on two widespread levels. Scooters and wheel chairs are available through Scootaround. Reservations must be made in advance for all rentals. On-site registration materials will include Convention Center floor plans that identify exits, elevators and rest rooms.
