What You Need to Know about Exchange Notices
This The so-called Exchange Notice requirement is much more onerous than anyone expected because it is not just a generic notice that can be given to all employees.  The notices must be customized to say whether an employee is covered and, if not yet covered, the date when they may be covered.  The notices also must specify the amount of employee contributions required.  The notice will be particularly problematic for employers with employees in multiemployer plans.  This webinar will describe the employers subject to the notice requirement, the people who are entitled to the notice, the content of the notice, the deadlines for delivering the notice and how the notice can be delivered.
