CEO and PresidentGinality and MedformaSt. Paul, MinnesotaMs. Anderson is the founder and CEO of Ginality, Inc., a technology transfer company founded as a joint venture with Stanford University Medical Center in 1996. She is also president of Medforma, a subsidiary of Ginality. Prior to joining Ginality, Ms. Anderson founded e-med.OnCall. e-med was the first company to form an Internet health portal with Microsoft and NBC (MSNBC). She served as chairman and chief executive officer from May 1996 until January 2000 and chairman until January 2001. Ms. Anderson also founded Medical Graphics Corporation in 1997. During her tenure at Medical Graphics, Ms. Anderson served primarily as president, chief executive officer and chairman of the board. She is a past president and board member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Foundation and also serves on a number of boards including the Center for Ethical Business Cultures. In 1992, Ms. Anderson received the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award in High Tech Medical and made Esquire magazine’s list of “people under the age of forty who are changing America.” She received a B.S. degree in medical technology from the College of St. Scholastica.
