Mr. Brandle is vice president, national health practice, for The Segal Company. He has worked with managed prescription drug programs with special emphasis on pricing, risk sharing and plan benefit design strategies. Mr. Brandle’s current focus is the evaluation of PBM services, prescription plan design strategies and overall PBM performance measure development. He chairs Segal’s National Prescription Consulting Group, providing national guidance to Segal consultants regarding all aspects of prescription drug benefit plans. Prior to joining The Segal Company, Mr. Brandle served as a financial director at a major PBM organization and as an underwriting manager for a health insurance company where his responsibilities included risk assessment, rate setting and creation of custom risk sharing arrangements for group life, medical and prescription drug benefit plans. Mr. Brandle is often quoted in general business and employee benefit publications on prescription drug issues. He received a B.A. degree in economics with business emphasis from Montclair State College.
