Ms. Buckey is practice leader at HighRoads. She is responsible for its SPD management service. Prior to joining HighRoads, Ms. Buckey served as national compliance champion and global quality leader for Watson Wyatt's communication practice. In her 30-year career, she has helped dozens of companies meet their compliance requirements by completing hundreds of health and welfare and retirement plan SPDs. Ms. Buckey is also the author of the HR Compliance Connection Blog.
