His projects have ranged from all-employee engagement surveys to more focused research studies on communication effectiveness, health care engagement, total reward optimization and 360 surveys. Working for Towers Perrin and, previously, a market research and consulting firm, Mr. Connelly is experienced in the design, implementation, and analysis and reporting of large-scale employee research projects including employee opinion surveys and focus groups. Using customized research tools, he helps clients understand how to use data to identify issues in the organization and target action steps that will have the greatest impact on the business goals. Mr. Connelly has B.A. and M.A. degrees in applied psychology.
