He is responsible for wealth advisory services and is involved in designing and managing various benefit programs including 401(k), profit sharing and other retirement plans. Mr. Demet is also responsible for attraction and retention of high net worth clients in need of financial planning, private banking, risk and asset management services. Prior to joining Johnson Bank, he spent ten years with the employee benefits group at Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company. Mr. Demet is a graduate of St. Norbert College.
