She serves as a technology consultant to group health and pension funds and public sector organizations across the United States. Ms. de San Roman focuses on operational and technical reviews, technology acquisitions, Web site development and staff recruiting. For the last five years, she has participated in numerous HIPAA security assessments. Prior to joining Segal, Ms. de San Roman was the project manager for the installation of a new benefits administration system that included both pension and health systems. In this role, she created complex test cases and assisted with the design of the system. Ms. de San Roman was also responsible for creating the end-user and help desk documentation used for system support. She received a B.A. degree in human communications from the City University of New York’s Hunter College, under the special honors curriculum.
