- Information Center/Research—Members can make research requests by phone, e-mail or live chat. Six full-time information specialists pull information from the on-site employee benefits library.
- Today's Headlines—Members receive pertinent news gathered from thousands of sources. Headlines are available both online and delivered by e-mail daily.
- Special Benefits Alerts—Sent only when industry-shaking events occur, these timely bulletins will include need-to-know news and information.
Canadian Benefits & Compensation Digest includes practical articles and insights from those in the field. Mailed, e-mailed and posted online.
- Benefits Peer Network—This network puts individuals in touch with others who have volunteered to discuss particular issues.
- Live Streamed Sessions—Members are invited to watch select sessions from several International Foundation conferences via live-stream broadcast.
