- Information Center/Research—Members can make research requests by phone, e-mail or live chat. Six full-time information specialists pull information from the on-site employee benefits library.
- Today's Headlines—Members receive pertinent benefits-related news gathered from thousands of sources. Headlines are available online and delivered by e-mail daily.
- Special Benefits Alerts—Sent by e-mail only when industry-shaking events such as PPACA or HIPAA occur, these timely bulletins will include need-to-know news and information.
