CRA Publishes Circular on Registered DSPs

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has published an Income Tax Information Circular about registered disability savings plans (DSPs). The circular explains the provisions of the Income Tax Act and the CRA's requirements for registering DSPs. It also provides some information on the Canada disability savings grant and the Canada disability savings bond. The circular provides a basic discussion about contributions to and payments from a registered DSP, as well as investments, administration and termination.
