EEOC Creates Small Business Task Force

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced the creation of an internal task force to expand and improve outreach and technical assistance to small businesses. The Task Force seeks to promote better collaboration with small businesses and ensure compliance with federal anti-discrimination laws. It will develop recommendations on how to:
  • utilize new technology to expand outreach to small businesses;
  • develop technical assistance and training initiatives for small businesses;
  • identify approaches to aid small businesses owned by women and minorities;
  • identify approaches for micro businesses;
  • enhance small business information and training on the EEOC web site.
The EEOC invites members of the public to submit written input.
