The Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) posted FAQs on jointly sponsored pension plans (JSPP) to its web site. The FAQs define JSPPs, the process by which an administrator identifies the plan as a JSPP, noncompliance implications, information that must be included in the annual statement, and addresses valuation reports.
