DOL Releases Fact Sheet on FMLA and Retaliation

The U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division has released a new fact sheet on FMLA and retaliation. This fact sheet provides general information concerning the Family and Medical Leave Act’s (FMLA) prohibition of retaliating against an individual for exercising his or her rights or participating in matters protected under the FMLA. It includes a description of the prohibitions as well as examples.
