House HELP Subcommittee to Hold February 2 Hearing on DB Plans and PBGC
The House Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions (HELP) has announced a hearing set for Thursday, February 2, 2012 called Examining the Challenges Facing PBGC and Defined Benefit (DB) Pension Plans. The hearing will be held in Room 2175 of the Rayburn House Office Building at 10 AM EST, and will be available to view as a live webcast. The witnesses are to be announced.
