The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will hold a free phone forum on Thursday, February 23, on funding-based benefit restrictions under Internal Revenue Code section 436. Presenters will be Michael Spaid and Tonya Manning.
Attendees are encouraged to submit questions in advance to ep.phoneforum@irs.gov on or before January 28, 2012. Registration is required.
