OSFI Releases InfoPensions Newsletter, November 2011
The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) Canada released the November 2011 issue of InfoPensions, a newsletter dedicated to providing announcements and reminders on issues relevant to federally regulated private pension plans as well as OSFI directives and guidance. This issue of the newsletter features news items on legislative developments, pooled registered pension plans, pension fees, preparation of actuarial reports, CAPSA Guidelines and other pension issues. In addition, it contains a request for topics to be addressed at the next Pension Industry Forum.
The legislative and regulatory change summary chart published in InfoPensions 5 has been updated.
