PBGC Posts 2012 My PAA and Premium Payment Instructions

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) announced the availability of the My Plan Administration Account (My PAA) for online submission of estimated flat-rate and comprehensive filings for the 2012 plan year. Information about how to e-file via My PAA (e.g., FAQs and Demos) is on the Online premium filing (My PAA) page. The 2012 premium payment instructions (including forms) are posted to the Premium Instructions and Addresses page.

The per-participant flat-rate premium for plan years beginning in 2012 is $35.00 for single-employer plans and $9.00 for multiemployer plans (both unchanged from plan year 2011).

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has posted the 2012 premium payment instructions for both the estimated flat-rate filings and comprehensive filings. My Plan Administration Account (MY PAAA) is expected to be ready for 2012 premium filings to be prepared and submitted by mid-January 2012.
