Job Description:
Join a dynamic and growing company! Equitable LIfe of Canada has an immediate senior opportunity for a Group Marketing Manager to service the Calgary and southern Alberta market. Reporting to the AVP, Group Sales, Western Canada, this postion will be accountable to develop and maintain significate partnerships with preferred advisors, focusing on relationship based sales and support. The successful candidate will achieve sales quotas for Group Life and Health Products while meeting block retention and profitability requirements. Day to day functions include presenting sales proposals and renewals to advisors along with expertly negotiating and problem solving to support Equitable Life's unique partnership philosophy. In conjunction with their expert sales skills, the successful candidate will own a genuine desire for providing "best in class" service to their business partners on a day-to-day basis.
A minimum of five years prior experience selling group life and health products, applicable education and designations as well as proven knowledge in Group products is essential.
