Serco is looking for a Compensation Analyst. The position will be responsible for administering company compensation programs at our corporate office located in Reston, Va. This individual will evaluate arid analyze salary data, determine pay grades, conduct job evaluation and participate in compensation surveys. The Compensation Analyst will work closely with the Benefits group to develop a comprehensive compensation and bonus programs.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area and 3~4 years of experience in the field. Government contracting experience a plus.
