Third Party Administrator in San Jose, CA is seeking a Pension Coordinator. Experience in the administration of retirement plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans, is a must.
Responsibilities of this job:
· Calculate and perform pension benefit calculations
· Analyze and communicate resolutions to participant inquiries via phone or written correspondence
· Produce and review standard reports, assist with reports, maintain records/files and account reconciliation
· Review incoming forms for completion and accuracy; take appropriate corrective action
· Provide additional support on special projects and other escalated tasks as needed
· Set priorities and activities with direction while seeking to understand reasons for change
· Develop an understanding of our customers, their needs, and how individual work contributes to overall success
· Work with guidance to respond to the needs of customer promptly
Successful candidate must:
