Taft-Hartley Benefits Fund is seeking a dynamic Director of Benefits to direct and coordinate all participant benfits programs including medical, dental life, pension, annuity and 401(k). This position is the liaison between the Funds and vendors, and works closely with plan professionals, and will manage a growing department, including a call center.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten years related benefits experience, preferably in a Taft-Hartley environment, including a minimum of five years management experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to multi-task, priortize and meet deadlines.
