Operations Analysis Supervisor
Responsible for providing leadership, setting work goals, performance objectives, and motivating business analysis staff to ensure that results are achieved. Qualified candidates should have experience in project management, technical writing, productivity analysis, as well as procedural problem and method analysis. Must have excellent communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Undergrad degree and 5 – 7 yrs related experience needed. Six Sigma certification and experience with employee benefit plans a plus.
