A rapidly expanding Third Party Administrator is seeking a motivated, hardworking and highly organized professional with extensive experience in healthcare benefits and/or pension administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Candidate would be responsible for assisting the Plan Manager in the administration of various employee benefit plans. Maintain and prepare materials for meetings. Review and process all correspondence. Ensure that client-specific procedures are routinely practiced and enforced. Assist in obtaining the data necessary for benefit studies, annual audits and timely submission of required government filings. Most importantly, exercise discretion in all matters relating to administration of the benefit plans.
Requirements: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office. College education preferred and experience with Taft-Hartley plans a plus. EEO and ADA. |
