Fiduciary Trustee

The RTA Board is seeking qualified candidates to appoint as the professional fiduciary member of the Board of Trustees of the Retirement Plan and the Retiree Health Care Trust. A professional fiduciary will serve as the RTA-appointed member for the Board of Trustees of the Retirement Plan and the Board of Trustees of the Retiree Health Care Trust. Each Board of Trustees is responsible for developing and administering their respective plan for CTA participants and beneficiaries. The candidate appointed to these positions by the RTA will serve for a minimum of three and a maximum period of five years.

Proposals will be accepted until 4PM CDST on August 17, 2010. All proposal must be submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposals.
