Blind box numbers are available for $50 in addition to the ad rate. Requests for blind box numbers must be received at the time the ad is placed.
Renewal cost for a blind box number is $25 in addition to the renewal ad rate.
We will forward responses to your ad to the person you indicate. This need not be the contact person for the ad and/or billing records. We will accept responses by e-mail, fax or mail.
