How to Post an Ad

Use the online form to reach potential candidates for your benefits, compensation, HR and HRIS job openings on the International Foundation's Job Posting Service. Your ads will have worldwide 24-hour exposure at an economical price. Ads will be posted online within one business day of receipt, or the date you indicate.

Single Ads

Ads cost $275 ($205 for International Foundation member), run for 60 days and are limited to one position. Links to your e-mail and Web site can be added free. Use your American Express, MasterCard or VISA charge card.

Job Ad Renewals - additional 60 days at the discounted rate of $138 ($103 if you are an International Foundation member). 

Blind Ads - Post anonymously for no extra charge.

Company Logo - included for no extra charge.

Featured Job Ads

Get better placement and more exposure by upgrading to a featured job ad. Featured jobs are prominently displayed on the Web site in bold typeface with a colored background. The ads are also listed on LinkedIn,  International Foundation’s homepage, and included in our biweekly Benefits Brew e-newsletter. Featured jobs are an additional $95 for two weeks of added publicity.

Apply Now--Job seekers can apply instantly, with a direct link to the employer's own online form.

Job Packs

If you place at least five benefits, HR, HRIS or compensation jobs in the next 12 months, you can save 20-50% on your job posting advertisements when you purchase a Job Pack. Post your ads immediately, or stagger them throughout the year. Each job ad is posted for 60 days. Ads are included in a daily e-mail update to over 1,000 industry professionals and a biweekly e-zine to 35,000 Foundation members. Job packs are valid for up to one year from purchase.

Ads may be renewed for an additional 60 days and will be deducted from your Job Pack total.

JobsDirect: Promoting Your Ad
On the original posting date and again after 30 days, your ad will be included in JobsDirect. This freeservice automatically e-mails the full text of your ad directly to job seekers who have subscribed to the service. JobsDirect increases the exposure your ad receives by forwarding it to professionals most interested in a benefits, compensation, HR or HRIS position.

New ads are also e-mailed on a biweekly basis to the International Foundation's 35,000 members-all professionals in the benefits, compensation, HR, and HRIS industry.

What to Include
Always review the text of your ad before submitting it to us:

• Job title
• Organization name (optional)
• Geographic location
• Detailed description of the position
• Your logo can be included in your ad for no additional charge. Send your logo in .JPG or .GIF format to JobPosting@ifebp.org. Logo must be at least 72 dpi. Horizontal logos can be a maximum of 200 pixels wide. Vertical logos can be a maximum of 200 pixels tall. A transparent or hexadecimal #FDF7E3 background is required.
• Acceptable methods of response and address information (e-mail, fax, mail, phone and/or link to your own online form). Links to your e-mail, Web site or online form can be included free.
• Blind ads are available no additional charge.
