· Benchmarked compensation for managers and executives on a regular basis to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace and shoring up retention efforts.

· Negotiated annual health & welfare benefit renewals, saving $158,000 in one year.

· Converted 300 HR records from manual to Word documents, resulting in significant efficiencies and time savings.
