- Maintain Transparency controls including monthly compliance audits, maintained detailed client coverage listing for monthly reports to compliance department, annual disclosure letters and peer review.

- Responsible for client management of small group medical, dental, life, disability and Travel Accident clients including renewals, securing alternate quotes and preparing benefit comparisons. Liaison to Digital Service for clients under 50 lives.

- Accounting: Deposits, check requests, audit expense reports, produce monthly reports for management, troubleshoot commission problems. Create and update new business forms for internal processing

- Created client profiles to allow quick review of client data including name, address, contacts, listings of each coverage with pertinent information such as effective and renewal dates, carrier, policy numbers and other minutia for ‘at a glance’ ease of staff.

Various positions: Unit Supervisor of Customer Service, Assistant to Assistant Vice-President of Sales and Administration, Staff Support Specialist reporting to Manager of Administration and head of office.

- Succeeded in restructuring information on 1,500 accounts with 8,000 subscribers to fit a computer program designed for a less complex selection of plans for the largest Chamber of Commerce sponsored group insurance program in the country. Headed project team, trained and supervised 3 people for data entry and served on national committee of computer users for Marsh & McLennan Companies in conjunction with this project.

- Organized and implemented renewal process for 60 to 120 small employer group insurance cases per month from receipt of carrier information through benefit comparison, data processing and issuance to agents and clients. This included computer entry of categories, issuing sample bills, and calculation of percentage reductions for alternate plans broken down by benefit class.

- Designed and implemented customer profile system for customer service department resulting in a change from 20 individually updated card files to a computerized form. Redesigned form for manual use for two succeeding employers.

- Wrote detailed layout and design instructions for programmers to explain what information to retrieve for the customer profile, and where to retrieve it from, including requesting a connection to billing records to allow recalculation of the number of employees with each type of insurance.

- Devised management control reports for workflow analysis of forms processing, increasing tracking efficiency and allowing monitoring of customer service representative's efficiency.

- Wrote administrative and sales guides for association sponsored group insurance business including detailed instructions on forms needed and their proper completion. 

- Trained 15 people in customer service and application processing over a 20 year period. Wrote instructions for all processes.

- Organized and implemented new filing system to coincide with office move
