• Led comprehensive Benefit Strategy Review project.

• Prepare written communications to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes and government-mandated disclosures

• Conduct benefit orientations for new employees to ensure appropriate understanding of benefit options

• Conduct audits of employee benefit data and current compensation practices and procedures as well as brainstorm sessions to maximize efficiencies in HR, compensation and benefit administration and continuously meet needs of a changing organization

• Provide guidance to payroll on issues affecting employee pay and benefits

• Ensure compliance to company policies and practices and federal, state and local regulations

• Work with HR and benefits team to create goals and objectives for the organization to drive coordinated efforts and accountability
