EBSA Updates Model COBRA Notices
The Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) has published updated model COBRA notices to reflect the premium subsidy extension. The model notices available include the general notice, the premium assistance extension notice and an alternative notice.
EBSA has published a summary describing the notices in the January 15, 2010 Federal Register.
